Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance and accounting activities at our Vemagal facility. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, taxation,



working capital, compliance, internal controls and team leadership while partnering closely with plant and corporate stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial accounting, month-end/year-end closure, GL reviews, MIS and financial reporting.
Drive AOP, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis and provide actionable insights to plant leadership.
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GRIR reconciliation, P2P and O2C processes.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IFRS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs and other applicable statutory requirements.
Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity planning and banking-related activities.
Oversee fixed asset accounting, capitalisation, depreciation and physical verification.
Strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs and audit compliance.
Support statutory, internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
