Role Description The Hostel Warden at Ezstays is a full-time, on-site role located in Sadar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day hostel operations and resident welfare. The role includes monitoring discipline, managing check-in and check-out processes, coordinating with housekeeping and kitchen teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The warden will address resident concerns, maintain records,



and facilitate communication between residents and management. Additional responsibilities include supporting the smooth conduct of events and activities, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring that the hostel environment remains secure, inclusive, and conducive to student life.
Qualifications
Strong people management and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to maintain discipline while fostering a supportive environment.
Organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and coordination with multiple service teams.
Valuable communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents or guardians.
