Role Description As a Performance Marketing Manager at Marvity Media, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across paid search, social, and other performance channels. You will manage budgets, track key performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and provide clear insights and recommendations to improve ROI and customer acquisition. The role requires close collaboration with creative, content,



and account teams to develop test strategies, refine audience targeting, and align messaging with brand objectives. You will also stay current with platform updates and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities. This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Marvity currently has clients majorly in F&B; & Fashion industries.

Qualifications
Strong experience in performance marketing, including managing paid search, paid social, and other digital acquisition channels.
Proficiency with analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, data visualization tools).
Ability to interpret data, build reports, and present clear performance insights to stakeholders.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
Solid understanding of funnel strategies, attribution models, and ROI-focused campaign planning.
