Role Description The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through various online and offline channels. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, building and maintaining lead databases, reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media,



and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads through the pipeline. The role also involves tracking lead performance, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements to lead generation campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring regular collaboration with the local team and adherence to company processes.
Qualifications

Ability to generate and manage New Leads and strong Lead Generation skills.
Proficiency in Market Research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and potential opportunities.
Excellent Communication skills for engaging prospects, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams.
Foundational Sales skills to support conversion efforts and understand the end-to-end sales cycle.
Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development in a digital or IT services environment is beneficial.
