Job Summary
Mani India Tech is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Analyst Intern / Management Trainee to support day-to-day business development, online bidding, proposal preparation, lead generation, market research, and marketing activities.
This role is particularly suitable for MBA graduates/final-year MBA students and fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in IT Business Development, Proposal Management, Technology Sales, Client Engagement, and Digital Marketing.
The selected candidate will work closely with the business development and technical teams to identify opportunities, prepare client-focused proposals, conduct market research, and support lead-generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate relevant business opportunities on Upwork, Guru, and other online bidding platforms.
Prepare, customize,



and submit professional proposals based on client requirements.
Research clients, industries, markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Maintain bidding trackers, opportunity pipelines, follow-ups, and status updates.
Support lead generation and business development research through LinkedIn and other online channels.
Assist in preparing pitch decks, PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, capability decks, posters, and other marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand company services and technology solutions.
Convert technical information into transparent, client-focused business content.
Support preparation of company profiles, service descriptions, case studies, and other sales collateral.
Assist in identifying potential clients and maintaining prospect databases.
Monitor bidding responses, client communications, and follow-up activities.
