Qualifications
Experience in client relationship management, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with sophisticated investors and developers.
Knowledge of real estate markets, investment products, and financial concepts relevant to HNIs, UHNWIs, and NRIs.
Prior experience in luxury property sales is highly beneficial.
Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
No Cold Calling only Income Lead Enquiries to be Handled from UHNI
Existing Relation Management with UHNI and Family Office
Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis for sales reporting.
Proven ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate,



or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Strong professional ethics and commitment to providing non-discriminatory, client-centered service.
