Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into sales.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, proactive in generating new leads, disciplined with follow-ups, and comfortable working towards sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through systematic prospecting.
Research potential customers and identify relevant decision-makers.
Generate leads through telephone calls, emails, LinkedIn, online research, references, exhibitions and other channels.
Connect with prospective customers and introduce the company's products and solutions.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable products or solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into enquiries and sales opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical requirements, pricing and other customer requirements.
Track quotations and opportunities until closure.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and recent customers.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, follow-ups and opportunities in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, business events and other lead-generation activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, opportunities, follow-ups and business development.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
