As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Facility Manager who can take ownership of our on-ground operations, build and develop frontline teams, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across our kitchens and client locations.

What Will You Own?
As a Facility Manager,



you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of manpower and facility operations across kitchens and client sites.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and allocating serving and support staff based on operational requirements.
Planning manpower deployment, shifts, attendance, replacements, and daily schedules.
Regularly visiting kitchens to monitor food quality, hygiene, preparation, packing, and dispatch.
Visiting client locations to oversee deliveries, serving operations, staff performance, and site requirements.
Ensuring teams consistently follow Frutta’s service, grooming, hygiene, safety, and discipline standards.
Training, coaching, and developing frontline employees to improve their performance and support their growth opportunities.
Identifying operational gaps and taking timely corrective action.
Working closely with internal teams and client representatives to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.
