Job Description:-
Conduct patient consultations, medical history, and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
Prescribe medications and treatments as per clinical requirements.
Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic reports.
Provide preventive healthcare and lifestyle counseling.
Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care.
Identify medical emergencies and provide initial emergency management.
Refer patients to specialists when required.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
