This position includes: An HCM Consultant is responsible for gathering data integration requirements
and delivering solutions to clients that meet their data integration needs. This consultant will work




with new public sector customers during an implementation and with existing customers when
they encounter business events that may require changes to how data is exchanged.
The Consultant will become familiar with the industry standard as well as customer data
integration approaches. A critical component to the successful implementation of the Platform is
ensuring on-time and high-quality data integrations.
The Consultant will be working with customers, (Human Resource & Benefits representatives as
well as leaders), to understand their business and technical requirements. The Consultant will then
work with Engineering teams to relay customer requirements, allowing the appropriate solutions to
be developed. The Consultant will finally coordinate a testing effort with the customer and multiple
internal departments to fully test the developed solution and transition them to a Production team.
