Sales Development Representative – B2B SaaS
Location: Bengaluru
Work arrangement: WFH
Timing: Monday to Friday - 10 am - 7 pm
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and B2B sales development
Compensation: ~₹5 LPA fixed + uncapped performance incentives

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative who can open doors with retail founders, business heads, technology leaders, and senior operators.

This is not a role focused on merely completing call volumes or booking calendar slots. You will be responsible for identifying the right accounts, starting relevant business conversations, understanding their challenges, and creating qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.

You should be confident speaking with senior decision-makers, persistent without being mechanical, and capable of explaining a recent B2B SaaS proposition clearly.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, lead generation, or sales development.




Previous B2B SaaS experience is mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to speak confidently with founders, CXOs, functional heads, and senior business stakeholders.
Strong cold-calling, written communication, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach instead of relying entirely on generic scripts.
Good understanding of lead qualification and B2B sales funnels.
Experience working with CRM and sales-enablement tools.
Strong ownership of targets, data quality, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, early-stage startup.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to retail, D2C, e-commerce, omnichannel, or consumer brands.
Familiarity with POS, ERP, IMS, OMS, CRM, Shopify, or retail-technology ecosystems.
Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Existing understanding of the fashion, footwear, beauty, or life
