Role Description The Video Editor role at Black Tie Digital India is a full time, on-site position based in Pune City. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage into polished videos, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to enhance storytelling. The Video Editor will collaborate with producers, designers, and other creative team members to interpret briefs,



maintain brand consistency, and meet project deadlines. Tasks also involve organizing media assets, optimizing video formats for various platforms, and ensuring high technical quality for all deliverables. The role requires attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage and assembling narrative sequences.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, visually appealing looks across projects.
Experience with Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to create engaging titles, transitions, and visual elements.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and compositing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, frame rates,
