Role Description The HR Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for ensuring that HR practices align with applicable labor, employment, and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing, reviewing,



and updating HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with local laws and company standards. The HR Compliance Manager will conduct regular audits of HR processes, employee records, and documentation, and will prepare reports and recommendations to address compliance gaps. The role includes advising HR and business leadership on regulatory changes, coordinating compliance-related training for staff, and supporting investigations or internal reviews as needed. The HR Compliance Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement consistent, compliant HR practices across the organization.
