Required Skills
Expertise in application security, secure coding, and encryption techniques.
Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, secure design principles.
Experience with security tools (Snyk, Checkmarx, Fortify, SonarQube).
Hands-on experience with IAM, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
Understanding network security, firewalls, and protocols (HTTPS, TLS).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP security).
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD security integration).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Years of experience in application/security engineering.
Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, CSSLP) are a plus.
Experience in container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and up-to-date security frameworks.
