Role Description The role involves working with Excel sheets, maintaining trackers, analyzing sales and stock data, and coordinating with different teams like production, Sourcing, inventory, sales, and brand/marketing to support timely execution of launches, replenishment, and campaigns. You will help in monitoring inventory,



identifying quick and slow-moving products, and supporting decision-making through accurate data analysis.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and looking to build a career in buying, merchandising, or retail planning.
You will be responsible for maintaining key planning tools, analyzing SKU and category performance, and ensuring accurate data flows across systems and teams.

Responsibility:

Supports buying team with data analysis, reports, and planning inputs
Track SKU performance (size, colour, category) and highlight trends
Maintain OTB sheets, stock reports, and sales contribution data
Assist in demand forecasting & stock planning, including stock cover tracking
Coordinate with production & supply teams for data follow-ups and tracking
Manage PO trackers, dispatch status, and procurement updates
Monitor inventory across channels (D2C, retail, marketplace, QC) and fl
