Position Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Production Operations professional with 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably from the IVD, medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or related regulated manufacturing industry.
The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations, improving productivity and process efficiency, reducing wastage and downtime, and implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologiesacross production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day production operations to achieve production targets as per quality and delivery requirements.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity.




Prepare and monitor production plans, schedules, output, and achievement reports.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives for productivity improvement, waste reduction, process optimization, and cost reduction.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement / Kaizen initiatives.
Apply Six Sigma tools and methodologies for process improvement and problem-solving.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, and other problem-solving techniques.
Monitor and reduce process variation, rejection, rework, wastage, downtime, and cycle time.
Implement and maintain 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Line Balancing, Poka-Yoke, and other Lean practices.
Monitor OEE, productivity, yield, rejection rate, downtime, and other production KPIs.
Coordinate closely with QA/QC, R&D;, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchase, and Maintenance for smooth production operations.
