Role Description The Senior Manager Ecommerce will lead Fitspire’s online sales and growth strategy, overseeing end-to-end ecommerce operations across marketplaces and the company’s own digital platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves managing product listings, optimizing pricing and promotions, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from discovery to post-purchase. The role includes analyzing performance metrics,



identifying growth opportunities, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and improving conversion rates and customer retention. The Senior Manager Ecommerce will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to align online initiatives with business objectives and brand positioning. This position also requires staying updated on ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep Fitspire competitive in the health and wellness market.
Qualifications
Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, including experience managing online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms.
Proven Marketing expertise with a focus on digital campaigns, performance marketing, and brand-building in an online environment.
