Role Description
The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi, responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with individual and institutional clients using SevakH’s dispute resolution and legal services.



This role involves handling customer inquiries, guiding clients through platform processes, coordinating with legal professionals and internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The Customer Relations Manager will monitor customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and user experience. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports on client interactions and service outcomes, and supporting outreach initiatives to strengthen client engagement. The role requires close collaboration with operations, technology, and legal teams to provide consistent, high-quality support aligned with SevakH’s mission of accessible justice.
