Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for driving new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand industry trends and client needs, and developing outreach strategies that align with Smarkupp Studios’ services. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating discovery calls, supporting proposal and pitch development, and following up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client goals and will maintain accurate documentation of prospects, leads, and activity in CRM tools.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify growth opportunities and interpret data-driven insights.




Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct effective client interactions, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Customer Service skills to build pipelines, manage relationships, and support a positive client experience.
Experience in business development, sales, or account management within digital marketing, creative services, or technology sectors is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office or Google Workspace, and familiarity with digital marketing concepts is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
