Solid command of Configuring the core features of Smart Recruiters including but not limited to SmartOS capabilities ATS Offer Management SmartCRM Smart Distribute Career Pages Analytics Insights and exposure to the Winston AI capabilities and AI governance in hiring
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting RCMRMK experience and understanding of the transition path to Smart Recruiters plus familiarity with the Onboarding Employee Central is highly desirable
Working knowledge of Smart Recruiters REST APIs and webhooks SAP Integration Suite CPIBTP or equivalent middleware
Excellent workshop facilitation documentation and client communication skills comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Bachelors degree in HR Business Computer Science or a related field
