Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager (Pro-Active) is a full-time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities in the meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions (MICE), weddings, and corporate segments.



Day-to-day activities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting client outreach and site visits, preparing proposals and contracts, and coordinating closely with operations, events, and revenue teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining solid relationships with existing and prospective clients, tracking market trends and competitor activity, and representing Aldovia at industry events and networking forums. The Assistant Sales Manager also contributes to sales reporting, forecasting, and strategy discussions to support long-term growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel, resort, or convention sales, preferably in proactive sales for MICE, weddings, or corporate accounts.
Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, networking, and stakeholder communication.
