Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audience and market analysis, setting performance goals, managing ad budgets, and monitoring campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversions. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative, content, and development teams to align messaging, landing pages, and user journeys with campaign objectives. The Performance Marketing Executive will continuously test and refine targeting, creatives, and funnels, prepare performance reports, and present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients. This role also requires staying up to date with platform changes, marketing tools, and emerging trends to improve campaign efficiency and drive measurable growth for client brands.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute performance-focused campaigns.




Ability to conduct Market Research and interpret data to identify opportunities, audience segments, and growth levers.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting insights to clients.
Understanding of Sales processes and conversion funnels to align performance marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Experience with major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
Ability to work in office in Noida and collaborate in a quick-paced, growth-focused agency environment.
Strong analytical mindset, comfort with KPIs and performance dashboards, and attention to detail in campaign execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in performance marketing or digital marketing within an agency or brand environm
