We’re hiring a Senior Creative Video Editor at Konvo Media.

This is not a role for someone who just knows how to cut footage.
We’re looking for an editor who understands storytelling.

Someone who can watch a raw conversation and understand where the emotion is, where the tension is, what needs to be removed, what needs to breathe, and how to make the viewer stay till the end.

You should understand music, sound, pacing, emotion and narrative not as effects, but as tools to make a story more powerful.

The kind of person we’re looking for has robust creative taste and has ideally worked on content where quality actually mattered podcasts, documentaries, trailers, creator-led content, films, or premium branded storytelling.

At Konvo, you’ll work on:
Podcast trailers
High-retention long-form videos
Short-form storytelling




Building the overall editing language and creative quality of our content

We already have an editing team.
What we’re looking for now is someone who can raise the bar.

Someone who doesn’t need to be told exactly what to do in every frame. Someone who can look at raw footage, think creatively, and come back with something better than what we imagined.
