Job Description:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries, geographies, and strategic accounts.
Own the end-to-end business development lifecycle, from prospecting and prospect qualification to proposal coordination and deal closure.
Build relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
Develop and execute account plans and go-to-market strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to create tailored client proposals and solution presentations.
Track sales pipeline,



business performance, and key growth metrics through CRM and executive reporting.
Represent Truminds at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements to strengthen market presence.
Core Competencies:
8-10 years of experience in B2B business development and enterprise sales.
Prior experience in an IT services, engineering services, consulting, staffing, outsourcing, or professional services organization is preferred.
Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal management and deal closure.
Hands-on experience with Sales Intelligence Tools and Enterprise Platforms.
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales cycle that would include lead generation, outbound outreach, CRM management, and proposal coordination.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
