Role Description This is a full time, on-site Operational Excellence role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.



The role involves assessing current processes and operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include conducting process audits, analyzing data, supporting ISO system implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational risks. The role also requires preparing reports, presentations, and improvement plans for clients, facilitating training sessions, and supporting ongoing operational excellence initiatives. The team member will work closely with consultants and client stakeholders to ensure measurable performance improvements and sustainable process enhancements.
