HearthAway is looking for experienced Global Property Consultants to join our growing student accommodation team.
What You’ll Do
* Handle student accommodation enquiries and convert them into bookings.
* Understand student requirements around budget, university, location, room type and duration.
* Recommend suitable PBSA and private student accommodation options.
* Coordinate with global accommodation providers and property partners.
* Manage the complete booking journey from enquiry to confirmation.
* Build strong relationships with students and accommodation partners.
* Achieve booking and revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
* Student accommodation experience is mandatory.
* Experience with PBSA / international student housing preferred.
* Solid understanding of international student accommodation markets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and conversion skills.
* Comfortable working with international students and global time zones.
Important: This is specifically a Student Accommodation role. Candidates without prior student accommodation experience will not be considered.
