We're a fast-growing company looking for a hands-on marketer who can own our digital presence end-to-end — from performance campaigns that drive revenue to content that builds the brand.

Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who blends performance marketing expertise with strong content instincts. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms while also driving the strategic direction and execution of organic content. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who's comfortable moving between data dashboards and creative briefs in the same day.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
Build and structure campaigns, ad sets, and ads with a clear testing framework (audiences, creatives, placements,



bidding strategies)
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and other key performance metrics
Manage budgets across campaigns to maximize efficiency and scale winning ad sets
Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
Use GA4 to track user behavior, funnel performance, attribution, and campaign effectiveness
Use Microsoft Clarity (or similar tools) to analyze on-site user behavior, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify friction points and conversion opportunities
Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Content Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute the content strategy and calendar across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Ideate content themes, formats, and campaigns aligned with brand voi
