Role Description The Client Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with prospective and enrolled students, as well as their families, ensuring a smooth and informed admissions experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, explaining university options and admission processes, and maintaining regular follow-up through calls, emails, and meetings. The Executive will coordinate with internal teams to track application progress,



resolve issues, and provide timely updates to clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collecting feedback to improve services, and supporting events such as seminars, webinars, and university fairs.
Qualifications
Ability to manage Business Relationship Management and Account Management responsibilities to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Strong Client Relations and Relationship Building skills to nurture long-term trust with students and families.
Excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication, active listening, and presentation abilities.
Proven experience in counseling, customer service, sales, or education consulting, preferably in the study-abroad or higher-education domain.
Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic office productivity tools to track client interactions and admis
