Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Specialist with strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, AI capabilities, Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, development, testing, and technical delivery of advanced customer support modernization solutions powered by Salesforce Agentforce and AI. The role involves translating technical design documents into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring platform performance, security, governance, and an optimized end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Agentforce & AI Implementation
Configure and deploy Salesforce Agentforce features, autonomous agent actions, and Agent Assist capabilities.
Implement AI-driven capabilities such as Next Best Action, Case Sentiment Analysis, intelligent Case Routing, and automated case summaries.
Configure grounding mechanisms using relevant Knowledge, Case History, and Salesforce data.




Support the implementation of AI-powered customer service and self-service workflows.
Salesforce Flow & Automation
Design, build, test, and maintain complex multi-step Salesforce Flows.
Develop customer intervention and self-service workflows, including:
Background case creation
Knowledge Base grounding
Automated case closure
Page abandonment triggers
Case classification and routing
Ensure automation follows Salesforce best practices and governor-limit considerations.
Prompt & Action Engineering
Configure Prompt Builder, system instructions, prompt templates, and grounding data.
Integrate prompts with custom Flows and Apex actions.
Develop and configure custom Agentforce Actions to support business requirements.
Optimize AI responses for accuracy, relevance, security, and business usability.
UI/UX Development
Configure and enhance Salesforce user interfaces using Lightning App Builder.
