Role Description The HR Internship is a full-time remote role that supports the HR team in daily human resources operations across the organization. Interns will assist with maintaining employee records, helping administer HR policies and processes, and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities. The role includes coordinating with team members on employee benefits queries, assisting in organizing engagement initiatives, and supporting recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Interns will also help draft HR communications, compile HR reports and metrics, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and local regulations under the guidance of senior HR professionals.
