About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews




• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
• Assist in drafting HR policies, documents, and communications
• Coordinate with academic institutions for internship programs and campus hiring
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills
• Prior internship or project experience in HR or administration
• Familiarity with HR tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
