Role Description The Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mahasamund, responsible for driving retail banking product sales and supporting branch business growth. The role involves identifying prospective customers, generating leads,



and converting them into sales for products such as accounts, loans, cards, and other banking services. The Sales Officer will engage with walk-in and sourced customers, explain product features and benefits, and ensure a high standard of customer service at every interaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with branch and channel teams, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and adhering to all compliance and risk management guidelines. The role also requires meeting assigned sales targets, participating in local marketing initiatives, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends.
