Key Responsibilities
Production planning and target achievement
Monitor OEE, downtime, and productivity
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance
Ensure quality standards and reduce rejection
Lead operators and supervisors
Ensure PPE and EHS compliance
Implement 5S, TPM, Lean, Kaizen
Maintain production and KPI reports
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores
Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
58 years in metal can/aerosol/refrigerant can manufacturing with supervisory experience.
