We are looking for an experienced People Operations Lead to drive operational excellence, Shared Services development, process transitions, and digital transformation from our Bangalore hub. The role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality People Operations delivery while building scalable, standardized and technology-enabled processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day People Operations delivery, ensuring SLA, productivity, accuracy, service quality and business continuity.
Support the development and scale-up of the Bangalore People Operations Shared Services model.
Lead end-to-end process transitions, including discovery, process mapping,



knowledge transfer, readiness, implementation and stabilization.
Drive EC and onboarding deployment, ensuring process readiness, standardization and a seamless employee experience.
Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, AI and digital transformation.
Establish and maintain SOPs, RACI, SLAs, governance frameworks and operational controls.
Monitor KPIs including SLA, backlog, TAT, productivity, accuracy, CSAT and digital adoption, and provide regular performance insights.
Lead, coach and develop the People Operations team, building capability, cross-training and operational resilience.
Partner with HRBPs, TA, Payroll, HRIS, IT and regional/global People teams to drive effective service delivery and transformation.
Identify improvement opportunities and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap aligned with business needs.
