About the role
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Business Development Executive to grow our Wealth Management business.
This is an individual-contributor, calling-led sales role focused on client acquisition, follow-ups and conversion. The candidate will be responsible for taking prospects through the sales process, converting them into clients and handing over converted clients to the onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and pitch our Wealth Management offerings.
Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions.
Manage the sales process from initial call through conversion and hand over converted clients to the onboarding team.
Drive new client acquisition for Wealth Management.
Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and follow-ups.




Re-engage prospects who have not converted and pursue them through timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, conversions and revenue.
Share regular sales updates and progress with management.

Candidate Profile
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, BFSI, wealth management or financial sales.
Freshers with robust communication skills may apply.
Basic understanding of Wealth Management and financial products is required.
Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups and sales targets.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Self-driven, persistent and target-oriented.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Existing investor/client network is an advantage, but not mandatory.
