Role Description The Business Development Associate will focus on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to support Bhanzu’s growth in the US market from a remote work setup. This full-time role involves lead generation through multiple channels, conducting market research to understand customer needs and trends,



and qualifying prospects for further engagement. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners, schools, and parents, clearly communicating Bhanzu’s value proposition and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing and product strategies, and meeting defined targets and performance metrics. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders, timely follow-ups, and contributing insights to refine outreach strategies.
