Ecommerce Manager
Reports to: Director, Marketing and Ecommerce | Location: Mumbai in office | Experience: 3–5 years
About the Role
We're looking for an Ecommerce Manager who can run the day-to-day of our online business end-to-end — website, inventory, orders, customer experience, reporting — while also thinking like a sales leader on projects: setting priorities, driving them to completion, and keeping the team and cross-functional teams (design, marketing, warehouse) aligned. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just tasks. We expect this person to work with AI tools as a core part of how they operate day-to-day — this is a must-have, not a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Technical
• Own day-to-day website management — product uploads, page updates, and troubleshooting; step in on cataloguing when needed as a backup.
• Plan and execute website updates and upgrades, working with developers/agencies where required; comfortable enough with the tech stack to scope issues clearly rather than just relaying them.




• Own on-page and technical SEO — keyword strategy, metadata, site structure, page speed and indexing health.
Operations, Inventory & Logistics
• Manage inventory across channels — stock accuracy, reorder planning, and coordinating with warehouse/production on availability.
• Track and process sales orders end-to-end, resolving unfulfilled or delayed orders proactively.
• Understand ecommerce logistics and shipping operations — courier performance, rate/policy changes, customs and cross-border shipping considerations for international markets.
• Stay ahead of regulatory and compliance changes, labelling, and shipping (e.g. EU/UK requirements) and update processes accordingly.
Customer & Revenue
• Manage the customer email queue — response times, resolution quality, and escalation of recurring issues.
• Build and maintain sales reporting and performance marketing reporting — translate raw numbers into what the business should do
