* Perform basic Finite Element Analysis using ANSYS Workbench for mechanical
structures and components.
* Support linear static, vibration, seismic, and basic non-linear analysis as
per project requirements.
* Prepare geometry, apply boundary conditions, generate mesh, run simulations,
and review analysis results.
* Create shell and solid meshes and define basic connections such as contacts,
bolts, and welds.
* Interpret simulation results and support senior engineers in providing design
improvement recommendations.
* Coordinate with design and product engineering teams for model checks,
inputs, and analysis clarification.
* Prepare explicit analysis reports and maintain proper documentation of
assumptions, results, and conclusions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Full-time ME/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Design, Aerospace,
Production, Applied Mechanics, or related specialization from a reputed
institute.
* 0 to 1 year of experience in Finite Element Analysis.
* Hands-on experience in ANSYS Workbench is required.
* Exposure to Space Claim or Design Modeler for geometry preparation will be
preferred.
* Basic understanding of solid mechanics, finite element method, strength of
materials, and mechanical vibrations.
* Knowledge of meshing, contacts, boundary conditions, load application, and
result interpretation.
* Basic exposure to Creo/Pro-E for model review and checking will be an added
advantage.
