We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the VP of Software Development.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, meetings, team stand-ups, and cross-functional check-ins
• Coordinate with development team leads and internal stakeholders
• Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and presentation materials
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely closure of action items
• Maintain internal documentation and reports
• Coordinate with HR and other departments as required
• Act as a communication bridge between the VP and development teams
• Handle multiple priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination
