Role Description The Marketing Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Kochi. The individual in this role will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote ADA Technologies’ digital solutions and services, including web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, and custom software. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends,



developing marketing strategies, and coordinating with sales and product teams to support lead generation and client acquisition. The Marketing Specialist will create and manage content for digital channels, monitor campaign performance, optimize activities based on data, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This role also involves supporting customer service initiatives to enhance brand reputation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze customer needs, competitors, and industry trends and translate insights into effective campaigns.
