Role Description The Inside Sales Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and consultative selling. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and explaining Bworld’s data recovery, data cloning, data wiping, and e-waste services to prospective and existing clients.



The role involves conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs, preparing quotes, and following up consistently to close opportunities. The Inside Sales Consultant will maintain accurate records in the CRM, collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper scoping of services, and provide clear, timely communication throughout the sales cycle. This position also involves nurturing long-term relationships with clients and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
