Role Overview
Pranaisha Designs is looking for a confident and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers who have shown interest in our furniture products through advertisements, WhatsApp, social media or other enquiries.
The primary responsibility is to make warm calls to incoming leads, understand their furniture requirements, explain our products and offers, and qualify interested customers for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make prompt warm calls to leads received through Meta ads, WhatsApp, website enquiries and other channels.
Understand each customer’s furniture needs, preferences, budget, location and purchase timeline.
Explain product features, pricing, exchange offers and ongoing promotions clearly.
Share relevant product photographs, catalogues and details through WhatsApp.
Qualify leads based on their interest and likelihood of purchasing.
Schedule showroom visits, product consultations or follow-up calls.




Regularly follow up with interested customers without being overly persistent.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer requirements and follow-up status.
Update lead information in the company’s CRM system or tracking sheet.
Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads with complete information.
Respond professionally to common customer questions and objections.
Meet daily calling, follow-up, appointment and qualified-lead targets.
Candidate Requirements
Valuable verbal communication skills in English and [Hindi/local language].
Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
Comfortable speaking with customers and making multiple calls each day.
Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets or CRM software.
Good listening, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, organised and target-oriented.
