Role Description The Director of Business Development is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role leads the growth strategy for HPIPL by identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships,



and driving revenue through creative parking infrastructure solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing new business development initiatives, managing the sales pipeline, and guiding lead generation activities across key sectors such as real estate, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure. The Director will develop business plans, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, and solution design to meet client needs. The role also involves managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, representing HPIPL at industry events, and ensuring long-term client relationships that support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
