Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by contributing to lead generation, client engagement, and project acquisition across global markets. You will actively participate in sales strategy discussions, client meetings, requirement analysis, and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through outbound channels, including social media, business directories, industry events, direct research, and targeted outreach.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue current business opportunities across various technologies and digital solutions.
Understand and analyse clients' technical and functional requirements to align their needs with the company's capabilities.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and other relevant sales documentation.
Manage inbound leads effectively and nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to drive successful deal closures.
Collaborate with technical, marketing,



and other internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, opportunities, and progress reports.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, emerging opportunities, and potential clients.
Manage client communication across different time zones and ensure timely and consistent follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Primary Skills
4+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, or Sales Professional in the IT industry.
Demonstrated experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales conversion, and deal closure for technology-based projects.
Strong understanding of IT services and the ability to communicate software, web, mobile, and digital solutions effectively to clients.
