Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving growth across employer, payer, and healthcare system partnerships. This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing end-to-end sales cycles,



and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. The Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams (product, clinical, operations, and marketing) to tailor solutions to client needs. Daily responsibilities also involve market research, pipeline management, forecasting, and tracking performance metrics to meet and exceed revenue targets. The individual in this role is expected to represent MantraCare at industry events and maintain a strong understanding of digital health, AI, and wellness trends.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management, preferably in healthcare, insurance, HR tech, or digital health.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to drive deals from initial contact to closing.
