Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chengalpattu,



responsible for overseeing quality systems and ensuring products meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This role includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality policies and procedures across manufacturing operations, as well as monitoring process performance through audits, inspections, and data analysis. The manager will lead root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce defects. Day-to-day activities involve collaborating with production, engineering, supply chain, and R&D; teams to align quality objectives, managing quality documentation, and supporting customer and certification audits. The role also includes mentoring quality staff, driving training programs, and using metrics and reports to communicate quality performance to leadership.
