Role Description The Tele-counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Tele-counselor will engage with prospective learners and organizational clients via phone, email,



and digital channels to provide information about GAFA’s programs, certifications, and services. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining course structures and advantages, guiding applicants through enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or similar systems. The role also involves following up on leads, supporting outreach campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive and professional experience for all contacts. The Tele-counselor is expected to meet assigned targets while upholding GAFA’s standards of integrity, confidentiality, and client-focused communication.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and confident phone handling abilities.
Customer service and counseling aptitude, with the ability to listen actively, understand needs, and provide accurate guidance on programs and services.
