Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full time, on-site position based at KIMS Arete Hospital in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations across assigned departments, coordinating staff schedules, monitoring service delivery, and helping ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards. This role involves assisting in workflow optimization,



managing documentation and reports, and supporting the implementation of quality and patient safety initiatives. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams, address operational issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance patient and visitor experience.
