About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Associate – Expert Engagement (US) to join our growing team. The role involves identifying and engaging with industry experts, conducting business research, building expert networks, and supporting client project delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who enjoy research, networking, communication, and working in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Build Expert Networks: Research and source industry experts using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other relevant resources.
Empanel Experts: Connect with industry experts through calls and emails,



build skilled relationships, and onboard them onto the Infollion platform.
Business Research: Track industry trends, senior-level movements, and market developments, and create customized value chains based on client requirements.
Project Delivery: Work closely with the client delivery team to support and complete project deliverables effectively.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company compliance policies and processes.
Expert Relationship Management: Establish strong professional rapport with experts, manage expectations, and support them with ongoing requirements.

What We’re Looking For
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
Enthusiastic, proactive personality with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Confident communication skills with the ability to interact with senior industry professionals.
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
