We're hiring for a Growth Manager at Adsintelli by NIHT in Bangalore/ Mumbai.

Over the past 18 months, my team and I have developed an internal proprietary platform called Adsintelli and Adsintelli Signals, managing real clients, sending signals, eliminating wastage and scaling businesses.

- 14 decision engines and over 200 performance signals
- PIN-code to city-level geo intelligence
- An AI Analyst - Coversational Layer over data layer
- Identification of wastage and scaling opportunities
- Customized client onboarding with detailed business context

Adsintelli is effective, saving real money on actual accounts every day. We are now targeting businesses accross India that spend ₹3–20 Lakhs/month on Google Ads.

Adsintelli Signals sends first party data back to the platform with quality matchng / staging. We Send SQL, MQL, Won data back to the platform. The platform also has attribution and lead enrichment features.





As the Business Growth Manager, your role will be to sign direct clients, agencies and scale the business into one of the leading Google Ads SaaS product in India and Abroad. We already have established relationships with some of the largest healthcare names in Bangalore, so you won't be starting from scratch.

What We Are Looking For :
Must Have
6-10+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles
At least one early-stage startup stint - knows what 0 to 1 looks like
Understands Google Ads, Meta, performance marketing language
Proven closer - can show actual deals signed, revenue generated
Customer-facing DNA - loves being in front of CMOs and business owners
Bangalore/ Mumbai based - in-person meetings with clients are non-negotiable

Nice to Have
Has sold SaaS or tech-enabled services to marketing decision makers
Has existing relationships with mid-size businesses in Healthcar
